By accessing and using Dabba AI Ecosystem services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Dabba AI Ecosystem provides:

AI-powered chatbot services for campus operations
Document verification and OCR processing
Workflow automation and management tools
Analytics and reporting dashboards
Self-learning AI engine capabilities

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
Ensuring accurate information is provided
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Not using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed annually. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Dabba AI Ecosystem and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
