Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service cancellation within 14 days of initial subscription
  • Technical issues preventing service usage that cannot be resolved
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service discontinuation by Dabba AI Ecosystem

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 14 days from purchase
  • Custom development or implementation services
  • Third-party integrations or add-ons
  • Training sessions or workshops already delivered

Partial Refunds

In cases where service has been partially used, refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis based on the remaining subscription period. Setup fees and one-time charges are non-refundable.
